Upon full payment for services, you receive a license to use the deliverables for your business purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, or claim ownership of our proprietary methods and materials.

We strive to deliver all services according to agreed timelines. However, delivery dates are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement. Late payments may result in suspension of services and may incur additional fees.

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis according to the terms specified in your service agreement.

6. Limitation of Liability

AiDosNexus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice according to the terms specified in your service agreement. Upon termination, you remain responsible for payment of all services rendered up to the termination date.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona, Spain.
